Race line up will begin at 8:15am.
RACE STARTING LINE: Adams Street - In front of Huntsville Junior High (formerly, Huntsville Middle School) located at 817 Adams Street SE, Huntsville, AL 35801 The course will begin on Adams Street, run through the beautiful historic Twickenham District, down to the 5 Points area and back through Downtown before finishing next to the Huntsville Elks Lodge. With the beautiful sights, architecture and all the holiday fun, this race is sure to become a runner's favorite.
There will be Chip Timing so Santa knows how well you ran. He asked us to send your results to the North Pole! For the runners (who will start in front), the race will be certified and chipped timed, with overall/age group awards being presented afterwards.
REGISTRATION: 5K registration includes, a short sleeve t-shirt, along with a swag bag and post race festivities, including an after-party. In order to be guaranteed a t-shirt in your size, you must register by November 22, 2016. Shirt Sizes: small, medium, large, X-large and 2X.
Online Registration will be cut off at midnight on December 1, 2016.
Packet pick-up with be held at Fleet Feet

Additional Information: Come kick off the holiday season with us at 9:00 A.M. on December 3, 2016 as we run the 2nd annual HO, HO, HO, GET UP & GO 5K! Dress up in your best Santa suit, ugly Christmas sweater, throw on the hooves and antlers or run in the Bunny Suit that Aunt Clara gave Ralphie for Christmas! We want to see them all! The races are open to all participants, young and old, serious runners, everyday runners and walkers alike! So, without delay, "Get Up & Go" make plans to come out and support a wonderful cause!!
Proceeds go to support Elks Lodge 1648. Huntsville Elks Lodge 1648 is a non-profit organization supporting children, families, veterans and numerous local charities throughout our community.
